Publicity for the Site
We have had 2,000 different visitors to the site so far! Please tell your friends and family about Create&Wait and remember that it is open to all Junior Schoolchildren around the world!
Creation of the Month
The Creation of the Month for September was 'La Pequeña Oruga' by Leah and Rachel, from Kirkby Lonsdale in Lancashire, an astonishingly good Spanish Version of The Very Hungry Caterpillar. See it now on the Spanish Year 6 Gallery.
In October Drew's beautifully drawn diagram of Medieval Armour was chosen as Creation of The Month - see the Main Gallery.
Portraits of People Competition
We are thrilled to have a guest judge for this competition. The Autumn Competition for Art will be judged by the professional artist Tess Barnes. Tess has recently held an exhibition called 'Women of Substance' where she painted famous women such as Carol Vorderman and Jacqueline Wilson! Prizes for the competition include the framing of your picture and a certificate with comments by and signed by Tess. See Competitions for details.
Contributions to the Site
Congratulations to Imogen D, James P and Daniel F who have all contributed over 10 pieces of work each to the site so far! They all received a special certificate.
